One Day Grief Retreat - LIMERICK - APRIL 27th
This Grief retreat hosted by Kathie Stritch is a full day that focuses on creating a space for people to feel held in their grief.
Grief can be extremely isolating, unique and misunderstood. Seeking out others who just “get it” can be extremely helpful. This day is a way to find space to honour your loved one, and to honour the huge grief you feel.
We understand that grief is a deeply personal and challenging journey, and we want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. That's why we’re inviting you to a special One-Day Grief Retreat designed to offer comfort, support, and a sense of community.
It will educate you, give you tools to cope and help you to feel less alone.
Many people come alone but as someone at my most recent day said “This is the least alone I have felt in a crowded room since my husband died”. You will find such a huge sense of comfort with being with people who feel the very same and its like a family in a way
